Our journey to better freight dispatch

I started Femmora Logistics after seeing too many carriers working hard but still dealing with low rates, inconsistent loads, and poor communication. I knew there needed to be a better, more hands-on approach. My goal is to help carriers run smarter, not harder keeping them on profitable loads, reducing wasted time, and staying consistent week after week. I focus on clear communication, organization, and actually understanding how each carrier wants to operate. At the end of the day, I want my carriers to feel supported, make steady money, and know they have someone behind them who takes their business seriously.

Our commitment: consistency, communication, trust

What’s most important to me is consistency, communication, and trust. I take my clients’ businesses seriously, so I stay organized, keep things clear, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I believe in being upfront, reliable, and actually present not just booking a load and disappearing. I expect the same energy from my carriers, because when communication is solid, everything runs smoother. At the end of the day, I’m focused on building real working relationships, keeping trucks profitable, and making sure every client feels like they have someone dependable behind them.

Driven by purpose, powered by experience

Femmora Logistics is built on real life, not just business. As a female owner and single mom, I understand what it means to stay organized, move with purpose, and handle responsibility without dropping the ball. That same mindset carries into how I run my company. I’m hands-on, detail-focused, and consistent I don’t believe in doing things halfway. What makes me strong at what I do is my ability to stay on top of everything, communicate clearly, and make smart decisions that keep my carriers moving and making money. I treat every truck like it matters, because I know what’s behind it a person, a family, and a business that needs to run right.
