FREIGHT DISPATCHER (REMOTE)

Location: Remote – Open Worldwide

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Opportunities Available

 

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking motivated, professional, and reliable individuals to join our growing dispatching team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while assisting carriers with load booking, communication, scheduling, and daily dispatch operations.

 

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, positive energy, organization, reliability, and the ability to properly care for and respect our carriers and clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and drivers

• Search and book loads using load boards

• Negotiate rates with brokers

• Dispatch and update drivers with load details

• Handle rate confirmations and paperwork

• Track loads and maintain communication throughout the day

• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Build and maintain strong broker and carrier relationships

EXPERIENCE

• Dispatching experience is preferred but not required for all positions

• Training opportunities may be available for selected applicants interested in learning the industry or starting their own dispatching business

 

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

• Flexible remote schedule

• Must maintain communication and availability during active working hours

• Weekend availability may occasionally be needed depending on operations and load schedules

 

PAY STRUCTURE

• Performance-based pay structure

• Weekly or biweekly pay depending on position and agreement

• Commission opportunities available based on loads booked and revenue generated

• Higher earning potential for experienced dispatchers managing multiple carriers

• Bonuses and incentives may be offered for professionalism, consistency, and strong performance

Please note: All dispatchers are required to complete the company onboarding process before receiving active carriers. A one-time $99 onboarding and systems fee will apply to cover access to load boards, dispatching software, communication systems, onboarding, training resources, and company tools provided during the startup process.

As dispatchers continue to grow within the company and become established, the structure may transition into a percentage-based arrangement. Our goal is to provide the tools, support, and resources needed for long-term success and professional growth within the team.
