Step 2: onboarding and setup

We will have you send over your MC/DOT, insurance, W9, and basic company details. You’ll also sign the dispatch agreement so everything is clear and protected on both sides.

Step 3: profile and preferences

We build out your carrier profile—your preferred lanes, rates, home time, and any restrictions. This is where we tailor everything specifically to your business so we’re not booking random freight.

Step 4: load sourcing begins

Once you’re fully set up, we start searching and contacting brokers right away. We’re looking for loads that make sense for you—good rates, clean routes, and minimal deadhead.
